Gather all necessary documents including academic certificates, passport copy, passport-size photos, and English proficiency test results (if required).
Apply to your chosen university through an authorized representative or directly via the university admission portal.
Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a conditional or unconditional offer letter from the university.
Your university or agent will submit your application to EMGS for Student Pass approval (VAL – Visa Approval Letter).
After processing by EMGS, you will receive your Visa Approval Letter, which allows you to enter Malaysia.
Pay your tuition fees (if required), arrange accommodation, and book your flight to Malaysia.
Enter Malaysia using your Visa Approval Letter and required travel documents.
Complete your medical check-up in Malaysia and submit your passport for Student Visa sticker endorsement.
Attend orientation, complete registration, and begin your academic journey in Malaysia.
